Thomas Lyte are the Official Silverware Partners of the
Fortnite Global Championship for 2025. The jewel in the crown of the
Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS), designed and manufactured by
Thomas Lyte’s elite crafting team in London.
Thomas Lyte are world-renowned bespoke trophy designers and makers and Royal Warrant holders as goldsmiths and silversmiths to His Majesty the King Charles III. Thomas Lyte collaborated with games publisher Epic Games and esports event and broadcasting company BLAST Esports as the Official Silverware Partner of the Fortnite Global Championship, continuing to raise the bar in silverware for esports, by designing and creating the Fortnite Global Championship trophy for 2025.
As British goldsmiths and silversmiths with a Royal Warrant to His Majesty the King, Thomas Lyte craft silverware of global significance. We design and make sport’s most iconic trophies, including the Emirates FA Cup and the Rugby World Cup. Each piece embodies the pinnacle of sporting achievement.
In 2025, we brought that expertise to Fortnite when BLAST and Epic Games appointed us Official Silverware Partner of the Fortnite Global Championship. As a result, we would design and handcraft the medals and trophies that would crown the champions of two major tournaments in the 2025 season, the FNCS Pro-Am, and the Fortnite Global Championships.
The Fortnite Global Championship trophy features a bold, instantly recognisable silhouette. Over several months, alongside the FNCS Pro-Am trophy, we prepared, discussed, and refined both design iterations until the final concepts took shape. The faceted bases of both trophies, inspired by the polygonal modelling techniques in video game development, provide a striking foundation. Each base carries the tournament logo and reserves a dedicated space to engrave the champions’ names.
Using elements of the FNCS logo, the trophy features five large gold-plated arrowheads, in reference to the laurel leaf motif. Leading upwards, the arms spiral around the tournament logo gilded in 24 carat gold plate.
Our master goldsmiths and silversmiths handcrafted the Fortnite Global Championship trophy in our London workshops. Over many months, they combine learned traditional silversmithing techniques with innovative technology to forge each bespoke trophy. To achieve the highest standard of quality, our master craftspeople hand-shaped the silverware through a meticulous process of casting, soldering, filing, and polishing.
The plinth bears a custom engraving of the tournament branding, while the trophy features the Fortnite Global Championship’s signature blue colour. At the trophy’s peak, the Championship Series logo sits proudly; expertly shaped, gilded, and polished by our elite team of smiths.
