We are English to the core, but when it comes to customer service, we lose our British sense of cool and moderation and delight in being positively excessive. Our goal is to take your design, doodle, or even a vague dream in your imagination and make it happen. There is nothing you can’t ask of us and almost nothing we would not do for you, whether it be creating a sword, helmet, statuette or medals, or a ceremonial presentation.
We never fail because rather than entrusting what we do to anyone else, we’ve built our own state-of-the-art workshops in London, now among the largest and most sophisticated silversmithing and goldsmithing facilities in Europe. We have sourced the latest technology and Britain’s most talented, creative craftsmen, while breathing life back into time-honoured traditional artisan skills by nurturing our apprentices. We oversee every tiny detail and involve our customer at each stage of the process. Our in-house design team comprises among the brightest minds in the industry, well-equipped to design from scratch or to translate existing artwork into your bespoke military silver or gold commission. Representatives of the Armed Forces sometimes bring their own ideas and drawings or wish us to work with their chosen artists or design agencies. We are entirely flexible and will work exactly the way you wish us to.
After an initial creative consultation, our team will produce concept artwork and a production schedule to meet your delivery requirements. In many cases we offer a full-size 3D printed model of the final design, allowing you an immersive feel for the piece.
