Celebrating our bespoke craft, Thomas Lyte are the designers and makers of The World Curling Federation’s trophies for the World Men’s and Women’s Curling Championships – a commission designed to celebrate the governing body’s 50th anniversary.
Standing at staggering 77cm on their plinths, these trophies embody the heart and soul of the World Curling Championship. Featuring a small curling stone and traditional corn brooms, the trophies highlight the past, present and future of the sport. The globe symbolises the worldwide element of the championships, while the past winners feature on the cup. The base has been crafted to allow for the names of future winners to be engraved.
