Thomas Lyte are proud to say they are the designers and makers of the Guinness PRO14 Trophy. We were first commissioned by Celtic Rugby in 2011, to the create the original Pro12 Trophy. The new Pro14 trophy stands at 60cms and is totally unique in design terms. It is hand-crafted from 8.3kgs of sterling silver with the league branding highlighted in gold plating.
The trophy has been redeveloped with the growth of the competition and number of teams vying for the trophy. Only one trophy of this size is in existence but each year, a smaller replica is made which the winning rugby club retains.
In addition to the trophy, Thomas Lyte design and make the gold and silver plated medals that are presented at the final game of the season, the Championship final, and supply the engraved tankards that are presented to the match officials.
